What The Application Is For
Free Burning Studio brings data-disc preparation, audio-CD tools, disc-image writing, disc copying and verification into a single desktop application. The current release is version 8.1.0 for Windows x64.
Its interface provides dedicated wizards for common projects and individual tools for image building, writing and reading. You can choose the part of the process that matches your source instead of treating every disc as a folder-copy operation.
A Free Release With Clear Requirements
Every included application feature is available without payment. The .NET runtime is included; optical-drive work requires compatible hardware and administrator permission. A prepared image or video folder must still match its intended purpose.
The installer can show an optional research invitation, which is separate from the application. Participation is not a condition of using Free Burning Studio.
Project And License Credits
This release is based on Free Burning Studio and OpenBurningSuite by SvenGDK. The original project credits, BSD license and third-party notices are retained with the distribution.
Application artwork uses Lucide icons with the relevant notices included. Consult the installed license and notice files for the terms governing individual components.
